You are welcome to contact us about:
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one handles its own quotes, prices, workmanship and customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your garage door, a good first step is usually to contact the provider directly and keep your notes in writing.
Please tell us as well. Feedback about providers helps keep the network honest, and a provider that repeatedly falls short may be removed. Influenceset Garage Doors cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or make decisions on a provider's behalf.

We will confirm we received your email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into the matter, which may involve contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any action we are taking.
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask for another review. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to the Better Business Bureau. If the provider is licensed, your state licensing board may be able to help too.
